			<description>Here's Franklin's comment about the Constitution: &quot;[T]his [Constitution] is likely to be administered for a Course of Years and can only end in Despotism as other Forms have done before it, when the People shall become so corrupted as to need Despotic Government, being incapable of any other.&quot;

Some of the anti-Federalist pointed out that any form of government can be well-administered and a boon to the people, but only as long as the people and/or the government are ruled by a set of high moral and religious values. - drawlr</description>
