So, we are elected at our county level, we are again credentialed and seated at the district level, but at the state level, there are those that desire to unseat us.

Saturday was my Republican District Convention (7th District of Virginia). Though the powers that be tried put much effort towards the elimination of the influence of the Ron Paul supporters, I did end up getting elected to go to the Republican National Convention as a delegate (alternate). There were 6 opens spots and only 5 non-Ron Paulians vying for the positions - so they had to let one

Yesterday seemed like the longest day of my life, and I am certain that it is only the beginning of many long days.
Our mock convention lasted 3 hours longer then planned as we tried to come to a concensus on the slate that we will present this coming Saturday.
